Erica Rutledge, M.S. in Human Nutrition, has prepared the Tone Tactics Vegan Diet.  The vegan diet is supported by scientific evidence for lowered risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, and some cancers. This DIY Vegan Menu Plan is for those who are familiar with the vegan diet and can plan menus based upon a format we provide.  If you need more guidance in menu planning, perhaps the 14 Day or 30 Day Vegan Menu Plan is for you!  These plans will be available in Summer 2013.
