Research Results: "Eating processed meats like bacon and sausage can increase the risk of deadly pancreatic cancer.  Researchers suggest that for every two stips of bacon or sausage link a person eat every day, there's a 19 percent rise in risk for pancreatic cancer."  "There is strong evidence that being overweight or obese increases the risk of pancreatic cancer, and this study may be an early indication of another factor behind the disease," notes Dr. Rachel Thompson of hte World Cancer Research Fund.

Research Methodology:  "11 studies involving 6,643 pancreatic cancer patients."
