Lynn S. Siniscalchi is the menu author for the diet menu plan based upon Jillian Micheal’s Diet.  As a nutritionist, certified wellness coach (C.W.C) and Specialist in Fitness Nutrition (S.F.N.), Lynn is a life-long learner and a fitness and nutrition enthusiast who earned her master’s degree in human nutrition in 2010. Lynn writes a weekly nutrition/wellness/fitness column for the U.S. Coast Guard Academy Moral, Wellness, and Recreation department.  From her own experience and academic pursuits, she enjoys helping people improve their overall wellness. She believes that preventative health is an achievable goal if someone has the desire to pursue it.
