Product Description

The Duke Diet Traditional Meal Plan provides food options from six food groups with balanced portions to promote weight loss.  The DIY Plan provides a DIY framework for 1,200, 1,400, 1,6,00 and 1,800 calories meal plans.  Three meals a day and two snacks a day are allowed.  This plan is the "traditional" plan in terms of carbohydrate or starch consumption.  Another option is a lower carborhydrate, higher protein option, the Duke Diet Moderate Carbohydrate Meal Plan.
