Meg Hagar is the author of the DIY Acne plan.  She is a Nutritionist and licensed Aesthetician.  Her scope of practice has spanned through day spas, medical spas as well as medical practices such as dermatology offices.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Hunter College in NYC.  She is a member of the Associated Skin Care Professionals and the American Dietetic Association.  Meg is the owner of nutritional skincare company, Skintritious. Her role in the company focuses on providing one on one nutritional guidance and skin treatments for clients.  Meg believes that good nutrition and a solid skin care regimen are an integral part of a good health & wellness program.  If you need more guidance in menu planning, perhaps the 14 Day or 30 Day Acne Menu Plan is for you!  These plans will be available in Summer 2013
